Our primary focus is to provide debt financing for commercial real estate properties. The main assets we lend on are multi-family, office, retail, warehouse, industrial and resort/hotel. On a more selective basis, we also lend on land and provide developmental/construction financing.

What geographical area do you cover?

We provide financing across the United States and Canada.

What is the minimum and maximum loan size that you provide financing for?

The minimum loan amount is $1 Million and our maximum loan amount is $500 Million.

What are the various types of loans that you offer?

We provide multiple loan programs which include bridge, mezzanine, transitional and permanent financing for either acquisition or refinancing. In addition, we provide rehabilitation and development/construction financing. All of our loan programs are offered on each of the property types we finance.

Are you a broker or a direct lender?

We are a direct lender funded by various institutions, hedge funds and high net worth investors.

We have closed transactions in as little as 24 hours. Our bridge loans typically close in 7 to 21 days. Permanent and transitional loans close any where from 2 to 6 weeks.
